The moment I arrived I was welcomed into this serene oasis with the smell of fresh lilies at the reception and a tranquil surrounding, a welcome change from the busy streets outside. The staff were courteous and accommodating from the front desk to housekeeping. Everyone displayed exemplary professionalism and warmth. The restaurant offered an impressive range of local and international cuisine and the service was quick, butter chicken boneless was awesome. The public areas and rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The potted plants and gardens are lovingly tended, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly sets The hotel is its elegant yet homely ambience, beautiful lighting and attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this charming gem to families and solo travellers alike and can't wait to return. Thank you!

This was a good establishment, efficiently run and well located. Food and in room services were extremely prompt and quality exemplary. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. We would like to especially thank Mr. Mritunjoy Chatterjee for his support at reception and clear guidance regarding the places of visit and temples of worship nearby. Will visit again if in Dwarka.

Location of the hotel, food quality, cleanliness, amenities provided. Overall the hotel is of high quality. Staff were well behaved and prompt. Located just near to main market and Dwarkadish Temple. And the stay at the hotel was comforting and relaxing.
